I began researching Holistic Methods of treatment for Anxiety, Stress and Depression after a period of ill health within my own life.
Back in my early twenties while in a high pressured career role I began to suffer with bouts of Anxiety, Panic Attacks and feelings of Depression which at the time limited my life massively.
I felt trapped by how I was feeling and spent a long time in a vicious cycle of managing my every day life around my symptoms.
No attempt to fix how I was feeling ever really got to the root of the problem and it felt a lot like living on an exhausting, emotional roller coaster. Like so many women who feel this way I was just desperate to find a way to feel better.
I began to research alternative approaches to Mental Health seeking methods that offered the potential to bring about a deeper more Holistic level of understanding and change. This was the first essential step on my journey and I trained initially as a Holistic Practitioner.
Before long I began to notice significant shifts in my Mental Health and subsequently that of the people I went on to treat as clients.
3 years later I furthered my training and studies and trained as a Hypnotherapist in Clinical Hypnotherapy and then proceeded to qualify as a Mental Well-being and Life Coach.
I now successfully utilise a combination of disciplines when working with my clients customising their individual sessions to suit to incorporate a complete 360º Holistic approach.
Each and every client is unique in their needs and expectations of the sessions at Holistic Me but ultimately the end goal for every individual is to create a positive change in their life.
