What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing therapy that is used to bring about balance and harmony to the body and mind.

It is a non-invasive treatment performed in either a seated or reclined position while fully clothed.

It works to activate the natural healing processes of the body helping to restore both physical, mental and emotional well-being. I have found that in our fast paced society, Reiki is now becoming increasingly popular as a go to therapy.


Reiki is wonderfully relaxing and works on the energy centres and meridians of the body by hovering the palms of the hands over key energy points.

During the treatment my clients often report feelings of complete peace, deep relaxation and calm.


Sessions are 1 hour in duration.
