Creative Therapy refers to a range of creative techniques that allow an individual to explore feelings and emotion and convey these through the channels of creative expression.
It can be beneficial for both Adults and Children for personal health and wellbeing and can be even be used to help with stress, tension or even to boost self-esteem and confidence.
This type of therapy is particularly recommended if you find it difficult to talk about a past trauma or life experience and instead enables you to process and release unresolved feelings through a series of creative mediums instead. These can include the following:

Anyone can benefit from Creative Therapy and you do not need to be 'creative' as a person to utilise this method of therapy.
